| 15 | Parish Council. The Plan would be made available for download from the Parish Plan website after launch, so it was agreed, to minimise cost, that printed copies of the Plan would not be distributed to every household in the Parish, but sufficient copies would be made available for those asking for a printed copy. Hoods Newsagents will hold a block of copies so that people could drop in to collect. The formal Launch Day would be arranged for Saturday 25th June 2011 between 11:00 and 15:00. Members of the Parish Council would attend this event to explain to parishioners how the Action Plans would be progressed. All steps towards the formal launch of the Parish Plan had now been taken. Once the Launch day was held, the work of the Steering Group would be completed. On-going action would be under the guise of the Dedham Parish Council. No further meetings of the Steering Group were scheduled. The Chairman thanked all members of the Steering Group, past and present, for their hard work and help in producing what would become a defining document for the future of the Parish of Dedham. |
