The Dedham Parish Plan Steering Group is a non-profit making organisation. We have successfully completed the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) self-assessment for notification exemption. We are however bound by the other provisions of the Data Protection Act.
This means that any personal information you provide to the Steering Group will be :
- Fairly and lawfully processed
- Processed for limited purposes
- Adequate, relevant and not excessive
- Accurate and up to date
- Not kept for longer than is necessary
- Processed in line with your rights
- Secure
- Not transferred to other countries without adequate protection
No information you provide to us will be divulged to any other person or organisation.
